For telemedicine appointments log on to doxy.me/drmhauser. Please log on at least 5 minutes before your appointment from a quiet room with a good internet connection. Dr. Hauser is unable to conduct appointments if you are in the car as passenger or driver.

For confirmed in-person appointments, please be seated in the waiting room.



Scheduling Appointments 

Dr. Hauser does not accept or file insurance.
She is an out-of-network provider for insurance panels.
Forms can be provided to you for claim submission to your insurance provider.
Cash, check, debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) are accepted.


The office is closed on Fridays.

To become a new patient:

Call the office 512.302.1954 and leave a message Monday - Thursday 
to request a new patient information intake form.


Once your intake form has been received, Dana, the office manager, will review this with Dr. Hauser. If there are currently openings for new patients, Dana will call you to schedule your appointment and email you a link to fill out new patient forms. Please complete these as soon as possible. Be sure to forward any testing or documents from previous doctors, therapists or treating clinicians prior to your appointment.

New Evaluation Sessions are in-person only.  The initial appointment is a comprehensive interview and review of medical and psychiatric history.. You are encouraged to send copies of any previous medical/psychiatric records or psychological testing to the office prior to the appointment for review by Dr. Hauser. 

Child & Adolescent (ages 4-18)   evaluations are scheduled for an in-person 1 hour meeting with parents and 1 hour with children or teens. These can be done on the same day or on 2 different days.
Parents must be present for the evaluation and all follow-up appointments

Adult
  evaluations are 90 minutes 


Regular Follow- Up Appointments are mandatory to insure that one’s condition remains stable and medications are dosed properly.

Follow up appointments may be in-person or by telemedicine depending on the condition and response to treatment.

Individual Extended Session  (60 minutes) for ongoing therapy and medication management.
Individual Intermediate Sessions (45 minutes) for extended therapy and/or complicated medication management.
Individual Brief Sessions (30 minutes) for brief therapy and/or intermediate medication management sessions.
Medication Management Session (15 minutes) this brief check-in visit is every 3 months for patients who are stable on medications.
